EGFL - SSCX Extreme Games Flagging League
The long awaited EGFL finals... here they are:
Silence vs. Blood
On the one side we have Silence, a squad stacked with european and american top pilots... names like Moggy, Lee, Ominous, Minus and rexrider should ring a bell for you if you watched EG close enough.
Silence made the finals by a 2-1 against Mutiny, they were coming back from a 0-1 after they surprisingly lost the first game of the best of three series. It is a new squad, some called them the new "powerhouse" in the zone but ultimatively this final will decide whether Silence will prevail or fall. After they recruited nearly anybody who could type their name in the few weeks, the roster is already cut down a lot; Basically Silence is not having the roster depth they used to have in the first weeks after they formed.
Their opponent is Blood, a squad which has "been there, done that". After all these years Blood looks back to 1 semi-final entry (EGSC1) as well as 2 entries in the finals (EGSC2, EGFL). Their superior european and asian roster can't be doubted, names like DarkDog, mimi, E00Z, Nerd, Ganzo and Element_Sun speak a language of its own. Blood is THE allround flagging squad that RisinBlood has been in the previous leagues... They finally learned to adapt to the new settings and are winning all of their latest games, eg. the 2-0 over downShift in the semis. Blood is definately ready AND hot.
