Over 400,000 Battle.net Accounts banned
Over 400,000 Battle.net Accounts banned
And my WC3 account seems to be one of them although I did not cheat, did not hack and did not flame them in public. I called their local tech support and the girl on the phone asked me whether I "hacked" in b.net or not... sigh. Other voices told me to mail in my manual to get a working, new CD-Key - pretending my case got lost.
Now that's a cool idea BUT after all I paid for TWO games (Reign Of Chaos and Frozen Throne) announcing flawless Battle.net play. Thus, I don't want to send my manual anywhere really but expect my CD-Key to be unbanned.
I never had any problems with Starcraft, yet their WC3 support is a joke of a bad joke.
Looks like I wont buy any of Blizzard's games in future. If that is how they treat their customers, I'll rather download the ISO instead of wasting money.
